Our Story

Dear Church Family and Friends,

As we celebrate our 300th anniversary, we are reminded that God has done and continues to do remarkable things through us and with us - things that matter in our community.

The work within and beyond our church happens because of the generous financial and volunteer support of people like you. This congregation is grateful for you, and for the example you set of what it means to respond to God’s prompting to be a faithful steward. Giving in the manner that you do is the result of faith, trust, intentional choices and a life of discipline. Because of you, our church changes lives.

Our God invites us on a journey that changes us, and through us changes the world. Your decision to give is the response to God’s invitation - a choice. Your choice matters, your response matters, your gift matters. We ask you to prayerfully consider the choice you make with your money in support of the annual stewardship campaign of the church. Our gifts do astonishing things when they are transformed into ministry and mission.

A pledge card and an addressed envelope are enclosed so that you can share in the mission of changing lives. The QR code below may be used instead. As always, your pledge represents your best intentions based on what you know at the present time. It can, at any time, be adjusted, should your circumstances change.

We hope you make your pledge and join us on October 22 for Stewardship Sunday as our church family celebrates sharing our gifts to support and continue our ministry. There is joy in practicing generosity, and it begins with a simple step of committing to contribute.

Our church matters because of you. The mission and ministry of our congregation engages our hearts - it’s why we belong, why we volunteer, and why we give. Now the invitation is before you. Be bold. How will you respond to allow God to use us and our resources to change lives?

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. (1 Peter 4:10)
